We offer a 7-day refund window on all digital product purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
- Locate your purchase confirmation email from Gumroad
- Click the receipt link to access your Gumroad purchase page
- Use the refund option on that page, or email us at [email protected] with your order details
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
After 7 Days
Refund requests made after the 7-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may offer store credit at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
- Evidence of abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds)
Product Issues
If you experience technical issues with a product (corrupted file, download problems), please contact us before requesting a refund. We'll do our best to resolve the issue and provide a working copy.
